Asiago Cheese Crisps recipe

Asiago Cheese Crisps ingredients list:

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup grated Asiago cheese
2 tablespoons cornmeal
½ teaspoon chili powder, optional

Instructions for Asiago Cheese Crisps:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl; mix well.

3. Spoon into 1-inch mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet, 1 inch apart. Lightly flatten.

4. Bake until cheese is golden and slightly crisp, about 8 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack.

Notes about this recipe:

These baked cheese crisps are addictive beware! Reminiscent of boxed cheesy crackers, these are much more wholesome, but no less delicious. A favorite for both kids and adults.
